Spiritual Gifts
Are members in your congregation looking for a way to become involved in meaningful ministry? Are they looking for meaning and purpose in their lives? Discovering God’s Vision for Your Life: You and Your Spiritual Gifts is an eight hour course that can be offered in a variety of formats to meet busy schedules. Through a sound, biblically based curriculum, it seeks to help participants discover, develop and deploy the gifts with which God has blessed them.
Spiritual gifts are unique endowments from the Holy Spirit, generously shared with Christians in community for building up the body of Christ in practical ways and for ministery in the world. The course focuses upon the twenty gifts identified in the New Testament.
By learning about your spiritual gifts, you can recognize your deepest passions and wield the strongest capabilities given to you by the Holy Spirit.
Each session combines lecture, discussion and practical application. Participants will find clues to their gifts through the Haugk Spiritual Gifts Inventory and other gift discovery activities.
