Journeys Through Grief
Grief is a dynamic process of learning how to live, feel and heal in the midst of loss or death. No one should have to face grief alone. Together participants will learn about the stages of grief and explore the feelings they have regarding the loss they have experienced. The goal of this process is not to make grief disappear, but to equip each participant with tools for lifelong healing and understanding.
Through six, 1 1/2 hour sessions LCS offers the opportunity to explore aspects of grief in a small group setting. Under the guidance of a professional counselor or trained facilitator, participants will learn how they can live with the grief associated with loss or the death of a loved one.
