Lay Eucharistic Visitor Training

Eucharistic Visitors are members of the congregation who are selected by their pastor and trained to bring the communion meal from worship to ill and homebound members of their congregation who are unable to attend service.

LCS’s training ministry engages learners in the Biblical and theological background of the Sacrament of Holy Communion and teaches potential Eucharistic Visitors about visitation and administration of the sacrament.

Lay Eucharistic Visitor Training is a one-day training event. It runs from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM and is held at various locations throughout eastern Pennsylvania.  The cost is $25 per person.  Contact Kathy Reyher or call 610-770-9205. 

We also offer congregations the option of scheduling Lay Eucharistic Visitor Training for their team at their convenience for $250 plus mileage.
